Execute critical duties including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, coordination of cross-functional teams, and management of project timelines to ensure timely and efficient completion. Oversee data analysis, generate comprehensive reports, and present actionable insights to senior leadership. Lead process improvements, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive operational excellence across departments. Collaborate with stakeholders to align business objectives with project goals, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to organizational standards. Additionally, manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to maintain high standards of quality and service delivery.
Perform comprehensive field surveillance to gather essential plant readings and promptly identify any anomalies that may arise.
Operate pumps, compressors, reboilers, separators, and LPG/CNG loading stations to ensure efficient and safe processing operations.
Execute plan start-up and shutdown protocols in addition to performing Lockout/Ragout (LOT) procedures.
Operate fractionation towers, including euthanizes, deproteinizes, and debutantes, along with their auxiliary systems.
Oversee and enhance fractionation operations through centralized control systems from the main control room.
Utilize gas chromatography (GC) data to ensure LPG product specifications are consistently met and maintained.
Ensure prompt and effective participation in emergency response initiatives.
Requirements:
Higher National Diploma (HND), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), or Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Engineering or Physical Sciences is required.
Holds active membership in the National Stock Exchange (USE) and/or Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), adhering to all professional and ethical standards set by these organizations.
Professional certification from CORE Nor an equivalent body is required.
A minimum of ten years of relevant experience within a comparable facility is required.
HOP/HAMID training experience would be highly beneficial.
