Job Summary

As the Field Onboarding Agent, your primary responsibility will involve facilitating the seamless onboarding of retail fuel stations, implementing operational tools, conducting comprehensive training for station personnel, and verifying the successful activation of stations for commercial operations.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties to ensure efficient operations, including managing daily tasks, coordinating team activities, and maintaining high standards of performance. Lead and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment while aligning individual goals with organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and achieve departmental targets. Monitor progress through regular assessments, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, address challenges, and drive continuous growth. Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards to uphold operational integrity.

To complete onboarding and documentation requirements, engage with station owners and managers for necessary meetings and sign-offs.

Establish and configure station applications, point-of-sale terminals, and payment accounts to ensure seamless transaction processing.

Train station owners and staff in the effective utilization of operational tools and established processes to enhance station functionality and service delivery.

Accurately document onboarding evidence using the company’s designated field application to ensure compliance and thorough record-keeping.

Please verify that all stations are fully operational and successfully transferred to the retention team.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field, preferably holding a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. The ideal applicant must demonstrate strong analytical skills, proficiency in industry-standard software, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. Prior experience in project management or leadership positions is highly desirable. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality assurance processes is a key requirement. The position demands adaptability to evolving industry trends and a commitment to continuous professional development.

With a minimum of two to three years of hands-on experience in field sales, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) distribution, merchant onboarding, or comparable commercial positions, you will bring a solid foundation of practical expertise to this role.

Demonstrated proficiency in fostering productive relationships and conveying information with clarity, coupled with a talent for instructing users in a structured and impactful manner.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing mobile applications and digital platforms is essential.

Proven capability to autonomously manage tasks and effectively organize a series of on-site visits.

Must be located within the preferred geographic area and demonstrate a strong understanding of the local landscape.
