A proactive and polished NYC Corps Member is sought to fill the role of Admin Assistant at Exile Group.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing project management, team leadership, and stakeholder communication. Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives while ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. Monitor project progress, evaluate performance metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain efficiency and productivity. Foster collaboration across departments to facilitate seamless operations and resolve cross-functional challenges. Conduct regular assessments of team dynamics and individual contributions to optimize workforce performance and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks to uphold organizational integrity.
Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to both management and operational units throughout the organization.
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including the preparation, receipt, distribution, and organization of emails and paper-based documents.
Responsible for maintaining and organizing office records, files, and databases with precision and strict confidentiality.
Coordinate meetings and appointments, manage scheduling, set reminders, and compile briefing notes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Professionally greet and efficiently direct visitors, incoming calls, and inquiries with courtesy and poise.
Assist with procurement activities, including the preparation of purchase requests, monitoring shipment deliveries, and updating inventory records.
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents as needed to support team operations and decision-making processes.
Offer assistance during events, activations, or programs hosted or coordinated by the Group.
Perform all additional administrative responsibilities as directed by the line manager.
Must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field, with a proven track record of leadership and project management. Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required; advanced degrees preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with exceptional communication abilities. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
A prerequisite for this position is active engagement as a NYC Corps Member, either deployed or redeployed to Lagos State.
Residency on the Island, including Leak, Victoria Island, Kofi, Ajax, or surrounding areas, is a mandatory requirement.
A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Humanities, or an equivalent field is required.
Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English is required, with a strong emphasis on professional, clear communication.
A strong command of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is required.
Highly organized with an emphasis on punctuality and reliability, this role demands the utmost discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Maintains an optimistic and proactive demeanor, coupled with a strong eagerness to acquire new skills and assume responsibility for driving tasks forward.

Net monthly compensation amounts to ₦70,000, exclusive of the federal government’s NYC stipend.
