REQUIRED PROFILE
With a minimum of three years of experience in key account or institutional sales within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, candidates will demonstrate a proven track record of driving revenue growth and fostering long-term client relationships.
Professional experience should include management of corporate or organized retail accounts, specifically excluding open market sales transactions.
Experienced with a variety of physical goods, including tissue products, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), beverages, and food items.
Accomplished negotiation expertise coupled with a proven track record in account management, ensuring client satisfaction and sustainable business growth through strategic relationship development and effective communication.
Demonstrates strong self-motivation and the capacity to manage tasks efficiently with minimal oversight required.
Daily field reporting is conducted, complemented by systematic weekly updates to ensure comprehensive data collection and timely communication.
Proven ability to achieve targets alongside a strong commercial mindset and disciplined approach to operations.
