Description

A dynamic and self-driven HR & Admin Officer is required by our client to enhance the efficiency of the company’s human resource and administrative operations.

The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance of employee records, facilitate HR workflows, assist with office administrative tasks, and uphold operational efficiency on a daily basis.

Develops and executes strategic plans to achieve departmental objectives, ensuring alignment with overarching organizational goals. Oversees daily operations, monitors performance metrics, and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to foster innovation, streamline workflows, and drive continuous growth. Analyzes data to identify trends, assess risks, and recommend actionable solutions. Manages budgets, allocates resources effectively, and ensures compliance with policies and regulations. Acts as a liaison between senior leadership and staff, providing clear communication and fostering a positive work environment. Leads project initiatives, delegates tasks, and holds team members accountable for meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Oversee the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and selection to seamless onboarding, while ensuring meticulous maintenance of employee records and documentation.

Ensure the integrity and precision of employee records and HR databases, maintaining up-to-date and reliable information at all times.

Assist in implementing performance management strategies and enhancing employee engagement efforts.

Support the execution of HR policies and procedures to ensure organizational compliance and operational efficiency.

Coordinate staff attendance, manage leave records, and prepare various HR-related reports.

Oversee comprehensive office administration duties while maintaining streamlined and efficient operational workflows throughout the organization.

Oversee the organization, maintenance, and retrieval of correspondence, filing systems, and documentation to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with established protocols.

Coordinate and oversee meetings, schedules, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless operational workflow and efficiency. Responsible for managing calendars, arranging logistics, and facilitating communication between teams to support organizational objectives.

Provide assistance to leadership in the preparation and compilation of human resources and administrative reports.

Guarantee adherence to established organizational guidelines and pertinent regulatory standards to uphold operational integrity and legal conformity.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of hands-on experience in the industry. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. Proficiency with industry-standard software and tools, along with excellent communication and teamwork capabilities, is also required. Familiarity with project management methodologies and prior leadership experience are preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to evolving business needs.

A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline is required.

1–3 years of professional experience in human resources and administrative support roles is required.

Proven expertise in human resources procedures and administrative operations is required, with a strong understanding of foundational HR frameworks and office management systems.

Highly developed organizational capabilities and an aptitude for effective time management.

Excellent proficiency in both written and verbal communication is required.

Seeking strong competency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information is essential, requiring strict adherence to privacy protocols and ethical standards.

Attention to detail and analytical abilities are essential for this role.

Must have residency within or in proximity to Baja, Lagos.

Available to commence employment within a two-to-three-week timeframe.
