As a CCA teacher, your responsibilities will include delivering dynamic lessons in arts, music, drama, and cultural heritage, or leading extracurricular clubs. You will foster self-expression, cultivate artistic abilities, and equip students with the skills necessary for exhibitions and performances.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties central to the role, including leading strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements, optimize workflows, and drive operational efficiency. Maintain meticulous attention to detail while executing tasks such as budget oversight, performance monitoring, and compliance adherence. Serve as a key liaison between departments to foster seamless communication, resolve escalated issues, and support decision-making processes. Additionally, develop and implement policies to enhance team productivity, uphold workplace standards, and mitigate risks.
Curriculum Delivery involves designing and delivering thorough CCA lessons that align with the Nigerian, British, or American educational frameworks.
Introduce students to diverse creative fields such as painting, music appreciation, drama, and traditional crafts to foster skill development.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute school plays, cultural days, art exhibitions, and performances with precision and attention to detail.
Conduct assessments to gauge student performance, document academic progress meticulously, and facilitate student preparation for both internal and external examinations, including BEE and WAEC.
Oversee after-school programs, including clubs, societies, and educational excursions, to foster well-rounded student growth and engagement.
