Perform on-site monitoring, gather plant data, and document any deviations from standard conditions.
Operate pumps, compressors, reboilers, separators, and LPG/CNG loading stations with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
Execute plan start-up and shutdown procedures while adhering to Lockout/Ragout (LOT) protocols to ensure operational safety and compliance with established protocols.
Operate fractionation towers, including euthanized, deproteinize, and debutante units, as well as their associated auxiliary systems.
Monitor and oversee fractionation processes from the central control room to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Ensure LPG product specifications are maintained by leveraging gas chromatography (GC) data.
Facilitate the coordination of emergency response initiatives, ensuring swift and effective intervention during critical incidents.
Requirements:
HND, B.Sc., or B.Eng. degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences is required.
Requires affiliation with the National Stock Exchange (USE) or the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).
Professional certification by CORE Nor an equivalent organization is required.
A minimum of ten years of relevant experience in a comparable facility is required.
Proficiency in HOP/HAMID training would be advantageous.
