Facilitate classroom and instructional sessions in alignment with established teaching frameworks, approved lesson plans, and institutional policies.
Effectively instruct students in Christian Religious Studies (CRS) and History through dynamic, student-centered pedagogical approaches.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, projects, classroom activities, assessments, and examination materials in alignment with established curriculum guidelines.
Evaluate students’ academic advancement while offering constructive feedback regarding the efficacy and comprehensiveness of instructional strategies and teaching methodologies.
Collaborate with the Remedial Teacher to evaluate students’ unique learning requirements and devise tailored support strategies accordingly.
Ensure classroom discipline is upheld by administering approved corrective measures for minor infractions, while immediately notifying the Sectional Head of any significant disciplinary concerns.
Deliver compassionate pastoral care while fostering the holistic growth of students—academically, morally, emotionally, and socially.
Evaluate and grade students’ assignments, tests, projects, and examinations with precision and efficiency.
Continuously track and document students’ academic progress, conduct, and accomplishments in a timely and detailed manner.
Develop and sustain clear, constructive communication with parents and guardians about students’ academic performance and well-being as required.
Foster an environment that instills positive values, ethical conduct, leadership skills, and responsible citizenship in students.
Facilitate a productive and cohesive team dynamic, fostering collaboration and cultivating an encouraging and inclusive school culture.
Engage proactively in staff meetings, school functions, professional development sessions, and extracurricular initiatives to support a collaborative and enriching educational environment.
