We are in search of a seasoned, meticulous, and results-driven Store Manager to lead the operations of our Central Store. The ideal candidate will oversee inventory management, supervise store staff, uphold precise stock control, and implement efficient inventory processes to drive business success.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties to ensure operational excellence and organizational success, including managing team workflows, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of quality. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive performance improvements and align with company objectives, while fostering collaboration across departments to enhance productivity. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify areas for enhancement, and implement corrective measures as needed. Lead and mentor team members through regular coaching, feedback sessions, and professional development opportunities to cultivate a high-performing workforce. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices to mitigate risks and uphold ethical standards. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute long-term goals, ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision and mission. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and facilitating effective communication to strengthen partnerships.

Responsible for directing all operational aspects of store management and inventory control activities.

Ensure the precise receipt, secure storage, and timely issuance of stock items.

Maintain accurate inventory records and meticulously document all stock movements.

Oversee the accuracy of inventory counts, ensure precise reconciliations, and conduct regular audits to verify stock levels.

Oversee inventory levels vigilantly and orchestrate restocking initiatives to avert shortages or surplus inventory.

Ensure adherence to established company policies and inventory control protocols.

Conduct thorough examinations of stock variances, losses, or discrepancies, documenting findings with detailed reports for further analysis.

Oversee and assist store staff to maintain operational excellence.

Ensure the store remains orderly, clean, and secure at all times by adhering to established protocols and safety standards.

Compile and present detailed inventory and stock reports for senior management, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to support strategic decision-making processes.

Collaborate effectively with Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to maintain optimal inventory management processes.
