Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Officer or Customer Experience Officer, you will serve as the initial point of contact for guests and clients, welcoming them with professionalism and warmth. In this role, you will uphold a polished and inviting reception environment while delivering outstanding customer service and administrative support to facilitate seamless daily operations.

Oversee and execute critical tasks encompassing a diverse range of operational, strategic, and administrative functions integral to achieving organizational objectives. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and ensure alignment with company goals. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize performance, mitigate risks, and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Analyze key performance indicators, generate insightful reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision-making. Serve as a primary liaison between departments, fostering clear communication, resolving conflicts, and promoting a cohesive work environment. Manage project timelines, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of initiatives.

Professionally greet and welcome customers, visitors, and stakeholders upon their arrival.

Oversee and handle incoming calls, messages, and customer inquiries through all available communication channels.

Deliver precise details regarding products, pricing structures, delivery procedures, and organizational policies.

Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly, resolving issues efficiently while escalating complex matters as required.

Ensure the front desk and reception area remain immaculate, well-structured, and professional at all times.

Monitor customer interactions and ensure accurate documentation of all communications, updating customer records as necessary to reflect the latest information.

Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to manage customer-related documentation and ensure timely follow-ups.

Provide support for administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A minimum of five years of experience in software development, with proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++, is essential. Demonstrated expertise in database management, API integration, and cloud services is necessary. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are crucial. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is preferred. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards is a plus.

A high school diploma, Ordinary National Diploma (OND), National Certificate of Education (NCE), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.

A minimum of one year’s professional experience in front-end customer-facing roles, whether in front desk operations, customer service, or customer experience functions, is required—preference given to candidates with backgrounds in fast-moving consumer goods or service-oriented industries.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication.

Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal abilities while prioritizing customer satisfaction and experience at every interaction.

Maintaining a polished and professional demeanor, both in appearance and demeanor, is essential.

Proficient in using computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and email systems.

Successfully manages high-pressure situations while efficiently juggling multiple tasks to maintain peak productivity.
