The OOH Sales Executive—preferably female to support gender diversity—plays a pivotal role in expanding revenue by uncovering, nurturing, and finalizing sales prospects across billboard advertising, LED screens, transit media, and additional outdoor advertising channels. This position encompasses sourcing new business leads, maintaining client relationships, drafting tailored proposals, negotiating terms, and overseeing campaign delivery to meet or exceed client specifications. Candidates should possess in-depth expertise in Nigeria’s advertising sector, including agency networks and direct-to-brand marketing frameworks.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, team leadership, and operational management. Develop and implement policies to enhance efficiency, ensure compliance with industry standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives with organizational goals, while monitoring performance metrics to drive measurable outcomes. Serve as a key liaison between departments, stakeholders, and senior management to facilitate seamless communication and project execution. Additionally, identify opportunities for innovation, optimize resource allocation, and mitigate potential risks to safeguard business continuity.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse sectors such as brands, agencies, small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), political campaigns, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

Construct and sustain a robust pipeline of prospective advertisers.

Establish and nurture enduring partnerships with advertising agencies and brand managers to foster collaborative and mutually beneficial working relationships.

Develop comprehensive media proposals, engage in rate negotiations, and finalize contracts to secure advantageous terms.

Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate site bookings and ensure seamless campaign execution.

Monitor campaign performance metrics and deliver documentation confirming posting or execution as required.

Monitor revenue performance relative to established targets and compile comprehensive weekly sales reports.

Track competitors’ actions and deliver actionable market insights to inform strategic decisions.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience, exceptionally proficient in Python, and skilled in data analysis. Experience in developing scalable software systems, proficiency in SQL, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP are required. The ideal applicant should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. A background in machine learning or artificial intelligence is a plus.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, mass communication, or a related field is required.

Seeking a candidate with a proven track record of 2 to 5 years in advertising sales, media sales, or out-of-home (OOH) marketing, with a preference for experience within the Nigerian market.

With extensive connections in advertising agencies and brand marketing teams, you will leverage a robust professional network to drive collaboration and strategic initiatives.

Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing established sales objectives.

Accomplished negotiation and presentation abilities, honed through experience, are essential for this role.

Proficient knowledge of Nigeria’s outdoor advertising regulations, including those enforced by the Lagos State Advertising Agency (LASSA), the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APRON), and relevant state-level bodies.
