Responsibilities include creating diverse communication assets such as flyers, posters, newsletters, and press releases to effectively convey key messages.

Oversee the strategic development and execution of content across multiple social media channels, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Craft engaging multimedia assets, including photographs, videos, and infographics, to effectively convey information and captivate audiences.

Capture and compile compelling success stories, detailed case studies, and valuable lessons learned throughout projects to document key outcomes and insights for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Oversee the upkeep and organization of the project documentation repository to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and completeness throughout all phases of development.

Develop and oversee systems for gathering and analyzing stakeholder input to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational objectives.

Develop and manage media outreach initiatives alongside radio program coordination.

Assist the Monitoring, Evaluation, Assessment, and Learning (MEAL) Officer in developing data visualizations and preparing comprehensive reports to effectively communicate findings.

Monthly deliverables for communication consist of a structured set of reports and updates designed to inform stakeholders and maintain transparency. These outputs include detailed statistical analyses, performance metrics, and progress reports, all of which must be prepared and distributed by the 5th of each month. Accuracy, timeliness, and clarity are critical, as the data will guide strategic decision-making and operational adjustments. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the information reflects all relevant departmental insights before finalization.

Assist in the preparation and distribution of the organization’s regular newsletters, ensuring timely dissemination of relevant updates and information to stakeholders.
