We are seeking a skilled Internal Auditor to join our team, responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of our organization’s risk management, control, and governance processes. This role involves conducting thorough and objective audits of financial records, operational procedures, and compliance with established policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, possess relevant certifications such as CIA, CPA, or ARCA, and demonstrate at least three years of experience in internal auditing or a comparable function. Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in audit software are essential, along with excellent communication skills to report findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

We are offering a competitive salary of $250,000 per annum for this position.
Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, and performance management to ensure organizational efficiency and goal attainment. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain high standards of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, foster innovation, and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze trends, and prepare comprehensive reports to inform executive decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Perform regular evaluations of financial, operational, and compliance procedures to ensure adherence to established standards and policies.
Conduct assessments of existing internal control systems and provide strategic recommendations for enhancements to strengthen operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
Assess potential risks and develop actionable strategies to mitigate them.
Compose comprehensive audit reports and deliver key findings to senior leadership for review and strategic decision-making.
Oversee the execution of audit recommendations to ensure adherence and completion.
