Oversee and execute a range of critical duties to ensure operational excellence and team productivity. Lead and guide team members through project execution, fostering collaboration and accountability. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and drive organizational growth. Monitor performance metrics and key indicators to assess progress and identify areas for improvement. Drive revenue growth by delivering high-value sales to High Net Worth Individuals (His), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (Unwise), corporate entities, and government accounts for premium watches and luxury jewelry.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through focused ownership and consistent delivery of results.
Accelerate the expansion of the watches and fine jewelry category by leveraging strategic initiatives and market opportunities to maximize revenue potential and consumer engagement.
Execute high-value transactions and facilitate client conversions with precision and strategic oversight.
Develop and oversee a robust network encompassing corporate entities, diplomatic missions, and governmental organizations to cultivate and sustain client relationships.
Facilitate the expansion of transaction volumes and high-value gifting activities to enhance revenue performance and client engagement.
Ensure a robust external presence by meeting clients off-site in the boutique’s designated areas.
Cultivate a high-performance sales environment by fostering a dynamic and results-driven team culture.
Establish measurable key performance indicators for each sales executive on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, while overseeing the compilation and submission of their reports.
Each week, facilitate structured sales reviews and individualized coaching sessions focused on enhancing product knowledge, centering techniques, and strategies for closing high-value sales.
Conduct weekly training sessions to enhance the team’s understanding of the product.
Reactivate all significant dormant accounts and convert them into active purchasing customers.
We are responsible for driving sales across all product categories for the brands represented by the company, catering to entry-level, mid-range, and high-end watch segments.
Maintain a robust client-facing presence by engaging with clients off-site, ensuring consistent visibility and accessibility outside the boutique environment.
Leads the coaching, mentoring, and professional growth initiatives for the sales boutique team members.
Experience
A bachelor’s degree in any field is required, and applicants holding international credentials are strongly encouraged to apply.
Established connections across high-net-worth individuals, corporate entities, and governmental organizations.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of 10–15 years of sales experience, including at least a decade in a leadership role managing teams.
Proficiency in business-to-government (B2G), business-to-business (B2B), and business-to-consumer (B2C) markets is required.
A master’s degree in any field will be considered a valuable asset.
Skilled in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a strong command of its applications.
Demonstrates a track record of successfully finalizing high-value transactions.
