Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Drive revenue growth by promoting and distributing salary loan and investment products to target customers, focusing on maximizing sales performance while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Develop and oversee a diverse portfolio of corporate and individual clients to drive revenue growth and expand market reach. Oversee the entire client lifecycle, from initial acquisition through ongoing management and retention strategies, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement.

To achieve and surpass monthly sales targets while driving revenue growth.

Seeking a candidate with at least three years of experience in a similar role, proficiency in project management software, and a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams. The ideal applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess strong communication and analytical skills. Additionally, experience with budgeting and financial reporting is required, along with the capacity to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.

Qualified candidates must possess either a National Certificate of Education (NCE), an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), or a Higher National Diploma (HND) as the minimum educational requirement.

With a minimum of one to three years of hands-on experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, the ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of driving results in dynamic environments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a results-driven mindset, will be essential to thrive in this role. The position demands adaptability and a collaborative approach to meet evolving business needs.

Preferred candidates will have a background in financial services, including loans, salary loans, investments, insurance, or banking.

Applicants possessing established corporate relationships are strongly favored.

We offer a base salary ranging from N90,000 to N140,000, which is determined by your level of experience, with additional commission earnings available.
