Oversee and execute critical tasks encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are achieved. Develop and implement comprehensive policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance with industry standards. Lead cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration between departments to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Manage budget allocations, resource utilization, and financial reporting maintaining fiscal responsibility and accountability. Serve as a primary liaison with stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory bodies to cultivate strong relationships and ensure alignment with business goals. Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform decision-making and strategic positioning.

Evaluate loan applications and accompanying documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Assess customers’ financial reliability by evaluating creditworthiness, repayment potential, and past financial performance.

Perform regular evaluations of current loan portfolios to detect and assess potential risks systematically.

Monitor overdue accounts and evaluate potential risk mitigation strategies to enhance financial stability.

Ensure adherence to established internal credit policies as well as all pertinent regulatory mandates.

Compose credit review reports and provide strategic recommendations for endorsement by senior management.

Analyze data to detect early warning indicators and promptly elevate high-risk accounts for further review.

Partner with collections, risk, underwriting, operations, and customer service teams to enhance portfolio performance through coordinated efforts and strategic alignment.

Ensure credit records and all associated documentation are maintained with precision and accuracy.

Qualifications

Requires possession of a National Counselor Examination (NCE) certificate.

Exceptional analytical capabilities along with the ability to make well-informed decisions efficiently.

Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to operate autonomously with minimal supervision.

Proficiency in credit analysis or financial review is advantageous.
