The Role
We seek a Performance Marketing Specialist to spearhead user acquisition initiatives across our primary Anglophone African markets—Nigeria, with strategic expansion into Kenya and Ghana. This role will be integrated within our Growth team, reporting directly to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to enhance paid channel performance.

You will be responsible for overseeing and executing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable results. You will assume complete accountability for paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other pertinent paid channels.
Oversee the end-to-end development of campaign strategies, including audience identification, budget distribution, performance optimization, and scalable expansion efforts.
Explore innovative avenues for acquisitions that align with strategic growth objectives, including diverse channels, target demographics, and content formats.
Facilitate the expansion of global acquisition initiatives by leveraging Google App Campaigns, including UAC and GAC, as well as Apple Search Ads (ASA), demand-side platforms (DSPs), and other emerging marketing channels as required.
Partner with Product, Data, Brand, CRM, and Creative teams to collectively advance shared growth initiatives in alignment with critical business objectives.

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee performance measurement and analytics, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and business growth. What You’ll Bring
You must possess a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, ensuring a deep understanding of industry standards and practices. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with preference given to candidates who hold advanced certifications or specialized training. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you should demonstrate a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Performance Marketing and paid acquisition, with a proven track record spanning two to four years, is required.
Experienced in overseeing acquisition campaigns for consumer mobile applications, with a solid grasp of mobile measurement methodologies, attribution frameworks, and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Apps Flyer, Adjust, and Branch.
Skilled in crafting innovative creative strategies and adept at producing high-performing content with a results-oriented focus.
Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating across diverse international markets is essential.
