Greet and welcome visitors promptly, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Ensure every visitor completes the sign-in process and is escorted or directed in accordance with established company procedures and safety protocols.

Greet visitors and promptly direct them to the correct office, department, or staff member for assistance.

Professionally manage, filter, and route incoming telephone communications as needed.

Ensure the reception area is consistently kept clean, orderly, and visually appealing to reflect a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.

Responsibilities include receiving, documenting, categorizing, and dispatching incoming mail and deliveries efficiently.

Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure comprehensive documentation of all entries and exits.

Handle client and visitor inquiries in a courteous and timely manner, ensuring all questions are addressed promptly and with a high standard of professionalism.

Handle routine inquiries directly or promptly refer complex issues to the relevant department for resolution.

Coordinating appointments and overseeing the reservation of meeting and conference rooms are key responsibilities of this role.

Provide assistance with various administrative duties, such as organizing records, entering information into databases, and compiling documents.

Oversee inventory levels of office supplies and coordinate with the Procurement and Administrative teams to ensure timely restocking.

Collaborate with relevant internal departments as necessary to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with organizational goals.

Uphold adherence to corporate policies, established procedures, and operational benchmarks to maintain consistency and regulatory alignment across all activities.

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of experience in software development or system administration. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, as is hands-on experience with database management systems like SQL or NoSQL. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in leading technical projects are also necessary. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies.

A relevant field requires completion of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or a Bachelor’s Degree.

A minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or equivalent capacity is highly desirable.

Demonstrates a strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Effective communication prowess and the ability to foster positive interpersonal relationships are essential.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of organization and efficiency.
