The Administrative Manager will provide leadership and direction for all administrative operations within the organization, driving operational efficiency, regulatory adherence, and strategic resource allocation. Responsible for directing and maintaining the organization’s routine administrative functions, with a focus on achieving operational efficiency and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Oversee the overall operation of office facilities, ensuring all equipment and utilities function efficiently while coordinating maintenance activities and managing vendor relationships.

Direct the administrative team, providing leadership and fostering professional growth while establishing clear performance benchmarks and conducting thorough evaluations.

Design, execute, and refine administrative policies, procedures, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness on an ongoing basis.

Provide administrative and operational assistance to various cross-functional departments to ensure seamless collaboration and workflow efficiency.

Ensure organizational records are accurately documented, systematically filed, and managed in strict adherence to company policies while safeguarding the confidentiality and integrity of all sensitive information.

Plan and coordinate all aspects of logistics for both internal and external meetings, corporate events, and executive travel arrangements.

Act as the key intermediary connecting the administrative department with various business units, external vendors, and regulatory agencies.

Oversee administrative budgets, regulate expenditures, and uphold cost-effective practices.

Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulatory mandates, and all relevant health, safety, and compliance standards.

Oversee the administrative budget by monitoring expenditures and tracking variances, then provide detailed reports to management for review.

Oversee facility operations to cultivate a secure, properly maintained, and fully operational workplace environment.

Maintain the utmost professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required. Possession of a Master’s degree or MBA is highly desirable.

With a minimum of five to eight years of steadily advancing administrative management expertise, including at least two years in a leadership or supervisory capacity, you will bring a strong foundation of relevant experience to this role.

Proficiency in a manufacturing or industrial environment is strongly preferred.

A relevant professional certification in administration, management, or a closely related field would be highly beneficial.

Experienced in successfully leading teams and implementing operational enhancements.

Proven leadership capabilities are essential, along with expertise in team management, to effectively inspire and cultivate high-performing staff members.

Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.

Strong strategic thinking coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills and sound judgment are essential for this role.

Demonstrates exceptional organizational and time management capabilities, with a proven capacity to prioritize and manage competing tasks effectively.

Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as enterprise management software.

A meticulous approach to detail and precision is required in every aspect of the work performed.

Exceptional ability to build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders and colleagues alike.
