Professionally greet and assist clients with attentiveness and courtesy.
Professionally address client inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and various social media channels.
Organize, validate, and oversee all client appointment scheduling activities.
Proactively engage with prospective and current clients to discuss consultations and treatment plans, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-through.
Ensure client records and appointment logs are meticulously maintained and kept up-to-date at all times.
Provide support for client arrival and departure procedures.
Disseminate details regarding available clinic services, ongoing promotions, and comprehensive treatment packages to interested parties.
Address customer inquiries with professionalism and discretion, elevating concerns to appropriate channels as needed.
Provide assistance to administrative and front desk functions as needed.
Consistently deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
Provide support for general office coordination and routine operational functions.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least three years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with a strong understanding of algorithms and data structures. Familiarity with database management systems and cloud computing platforms is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Must currently be serving as an NYC Corps Member and be in search of a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA).
You are required to hold an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both oral and written communication.
Exceptional ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and colleagues is essential.
Maintains professional telephone communication and presents a polished appearance.
Demonstrates strong command of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Proven capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while thriving in dynamic, high-pressure settings.
Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Demonstrates keen observational skills and a strong aptitude for resolving challenges.
Prior customer service exposure proves advantageous, though it is not a strict prerequisite.
