Accurately document all statutory payments and receipts, encompassing Withholding Tax (WHT), revenue remittances, and other regulatory obligations.
Develop and oversee the Company’s monthly financial plans, encompassing payroll, procurement, and operational expenditures.
Responsibilities include overseeing the distribution of petty cash funds and ensuring meticulous documentation of all expenditures and transactions.
Guarantee adherence to all pertinent financial regulatory mandates issued by federal, state, and local authorities, encompassing Tax Clearance, NS ITF, Pension obligations, and additional statutory requirements.
Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate the prompt preparation and ongoing maintenance of annual audited financial statements and tax clearance documentation.
Accurately document, maintain, and file all financial records and accounting processes in an organized and systematic manner.
Organize and manage both digital and paper-based filing systems for accounting documents, vouchers, receipts, and related supporting records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Remain informed of any updates to accounting standards, governmental regulations, and statutory compliance obligations.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of financial data and deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership regarding financial decisions, operational enhancements, and potential cost-saving measures.
Deliver assistance throughout both internal and external audit processes, guaranteeing the prompt provision of all necessary documentation.
Provide support in budget development, financial projections, and cash flow management, including ongoing monitoring and analysis to ensure fiscal stability.
Work collaboratively with diverse, cross-functional teams to advance shared organizational objectives and enhance operational effectiveness.
Perform various finance and administrative tasks as directed by management on an ongoing basis.
