Tasks involve thorough cleaning, sanitization, and verification to meet regulatory and quality assurance guidelines.
To coordinate with the Laboratory to facilitate quality assurance and quality control evaluations for trial RM samples, in-process FP samples, and final finished product samples.
Prepare the batch and reaction documentation accurately and comprehensively to ensure all procedural steps are clearly recorded and followed.
To develop and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) pertinent to production activities.
Maintain precise documentation of received RM and produced FP.
To ensure the optimal operation and functionality of all machinery and pumping systems, responsible for performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs as needed. This includes conducting regular checks to identify potential issues, troubleshooting malfunctions, and replacing worn or damaged components to prevent unexpected downtime. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, service schedules, and equipment performance to support data-driven decision-making and compliance with safety protocols.
To guarantee the prompt inspection, certification, and color-coding of Tote tanks, ensuring their safety compliance.
To guarantee full adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and ensure such compliance extends to all employees.
All blending operations must be executed in strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities include providing training, delegating tasks, managing schedules, offering mentorship, providing feedback, and enforcing performance standards among employees.
You will be responsible for clearly articulating job expectations, establishing performance benchmarks, tracking progress, conducting evaluations, and reviewing employees’ contributions to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Prepare and present regular reports—daily, weekly, and monthly—to the head of the OF business unit.
