Job Summary
A meticulous and highly organized Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Officer is needed to uphold and enforce stringent quality standards across all stages of our automotive production operations.
The ideal candidate will undertake comprehensive product inspections, oversee ongoing production processes, detect quality discrepancies, and uphold adherence to both organizational and regulatory benchmarks.
Oversee and execute critical duties encompassing a comprehensive range of operational and strategic functions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Develop, implement, and monitor processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across all assigned areas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, drive innovation, and foster a culture of continuous growth. Maintain meticulous documentation, adhere to compliance protocols, and report progress through structured updates to stakeholders. Additionally, manage resources effectively, optimize workflows, and troubleshoot challenges to sustain high performance and achieve measurable results.
Perform thorough evaluations of raw materials, components, and completed vehicles to verify adherence to established quality benchmarks.
Oversee production operations and detect any discrepancies from predefined quality standards.
Conduct thorough quality assurance evaluations and precise measurements utilizing the correct inspection tools and equipment.
Prepare comprehensive documentation of inspection outcomes and compile detailed quality reports accordingly.
Conduct thorough examinations of product defects and contribute to the identification of underlying causes as well as the implementation of corrective measures.
Ensure strict compliance with the organization’s quality protocols, established safety guidelines, and relevant industry benchmarks.
Engage in internal quality audits and assist with external audit processes to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Partner with production and engineering teams to enhance product quality and streamline manufacturing processes.
Accurately maintain and update quality records and documentation to ensure compliance with established standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide support in educating production staff regarding quality standards and optimal methodologies.
We are seeking a highly motivated professional who meets the following qualifications and requirements to join our team. Applicants must possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience in [field/industry], along with a bachelor’s degree in [related field] or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Demonstrates exceptional precision and meticulousness, coupled with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in both verbal and written communication, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office applications is essential.
Professional certifications in quality management will be considered a valuable asset.
