We are currently searching for a proficient and seasoned Civil Engineer to become part of our esteemed team.
Manages key operational duties, including overseeing production workflows, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining efficient resource allocation. Monitors team performance to identify areas for improvement and implements corrective actions as necessary. Collaborates with cross-functional departments to align objectives and optimize processes. Prepares and presents detailed reports on operational metrics and project progress to senior leadership. Ensures compliance with industry regulations and company policies at all times.
Direct civil engineering initiatives from initial conception through to final execution, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and regulatory standards.
Oversee construction crews and verify compliance with established quality benchmarks throughout all project phases.
Offer expert technical counsel while facilitating communication and coordination among contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Deliver all projects punctually while adhering to allocated budgetary constraints.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Applicants must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. Exceptional communication and organizational abilities are also required to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder alignment. Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory frameworks is a valued asset.
Holding a valid CORE Certificate issued by the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria is essential.
A minimum of a decade of post-qualification professional experience in civil engineering and construction projects is required.
Proven proficiency in planning, overseeing, and delivering extensive building and infrastructure projects with a high degree of technical and operational excellence.
Effective leadership abilities, proficiency in project management, and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
Possesses a strong aptitude for achieving objectives within stringent time constraints while strictly adhering to all safety protocols and regulatory mandates.
