Oversee and execute daily operational duties to ensure seamless business functioning; supervise workflows, coordinate team activities, and maintain adherence to established policies and procedures. Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for enhancement, implement process improvements, and drive productivity gains. Serve as a primary liaison between departments, fostering cross-functional collaboration and resolving interdepartmental conflicts efficiently. Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management, outlining strategic initiatives, progress updates, and key performance indicators. Lead training programs and mentorship initiatives to cultivate talent, enhance skill sets, and align individual goals with organizational objectives. Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures to mitigate risks and uphold company reputation.
Explore and capitalize on emerging business prospects in designated sectors, with a particular emphasis on human resources and consulting service offerings.
Spearhead the entire sales process—from initial prospecting and persuasive pitching through strategic negotiation to finalizing deals.
Develop and oversee a high-performing sales pipeline while maintaining meticulous records of all activities within the CRM system.
Craft persuasive and meticulously prepared proposals, pitch decks, and service agreements tailored to prospective clients, ensuring each document meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Work collaboratively with our HR and consulting delivery teams to validate that proposed solutions align precisely with the needs of our clients.
Participate in networking events, industry roundtables, and client meetings to foster professional relationships and gather industry insights.
Deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets with consistency, ensuring performance meets or exceeds established benchmarks.
The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or demonstrate equivalent professional experience. Proficiency in [specific software/tools] is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in [specific industry/function] and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory. Demonstrated expertise in cultivating B2B relationships, driving sales initiatives, or acquiring new clients—preferably within the professional services sector—is essential.
Profound insight into the motivations and decision-making processes of HR and consulting buyers, including expertise in managing RFPs and navigating procurement cycles, as well as a strong grasp of key stakeholders such as Chris, Talent Directors, and COOs.
With extensive expertise in business development or sales within this industry, candidates should possess a proven track record of success in driving growth and cultivating strategic partnerships.
Exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication is essential.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive monthly compensation package of NGN100,000.
We provide a transportation allowance of NGN 20,000 per month to support your daily commute to and from the workplace.
Commissions are provided for each successfully completed transaction.
