Dover’s Dental Clinic is in search of a highly efficient, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations & Administration Officer to enhance the smooth functioning of our expanding dental practice located in Leak Phase 1, Lagos.

The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with leadership, employees, and patients to uphold seamless clinic operations, deliver outstanding patient care, and streamline administrative procedures.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties including strategic planning, operational execution, and performance evaluation to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance workflow, productivity, and compliance with industry standards. Lead cross-functional teams by fostering collaboration, assigning clear roles, and monitoring progress to drive project success. Analyze data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to inform decision-making and optimize resource allocation. Serve as a key liaison between senior leadership, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate transparent communication and alignment of goals. Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical guidelines while maintaining high standards of accountability and professionalism.

Oversee the daily administration and operational workflows of the clinic.

Oversee the scheduling of patient appointments, handle incoming inquiries, and ensure consistent follow-up communications to maintain seamless patient care and operational efficiency.

Professionally greet and assist patients with courtesy and efficiency.

Ensure meticulous and precise documentation of patient records to uphold the integrity and accuracy of all healthcare information.

Support staff scheduling and ensure seamless operational coordination.

Oversee inventory management, track office supplies, and assess procurement requirements to ensure seamless operational efficiency.

Monitor financial transactions and provide support for preparing administrative reports.

Assist in the development and implementation of clinic marketing strategies aimed at enhancing patient acquisition and retention while fostering meaningful engagement with the healthcare community.

Coordinate and oversee social media and content creation initiatives as needed.

Maintain a professional, well-structured, and highly efficient clinic environment to support optimal operations and patient care standards.

Develop, enforce, and continuously review clinic policies and operational procedures to ensure alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Assist in performing any additional responsibilities as reasonably directed by management.

REQUIREMENTS

A relevant field-related qualification such as OND, HND, or a Bachelor’s Degree is required for this position.

A minimum of two years of professional experience in administrative support, customer relations, or operational roles is required.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships is essential. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional skill in articulating ideas clearly, engaging collaboratively with colleagues, and fostering productive professional connections.

Highly proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organizational skills.

Proficient in utilizing computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and various social media platforms, is essential.

Demonstrates proficiency in both autonomous work and collaborative team environments, adapting seamlessly to individual and group responsibilities. Exhibits self-motivation while fostering effective communication and cooperation with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
