Support the implementation and oversight of the REAL compliance framework and gender strategy, ensuring strict alignment with regulatory standards, ISO/SMS criteria, and group mandates while fostering an ethical, inclusive, and risk-conscious operational environment.

Seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team, the ideal candidate must possess strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in project management. Proficiency in data analysis, proficiency in industry-standard software tools, and a minimum of five years of relevant experience are required. Additionally, the candidate should exhibit leadership qualities, the capacity to work under pressure, and a commitment to continuous learning. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

A relevant academic background includes an LLB (Bachelor of Laws) degree or a first degree in Social Science, Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Gender Studies, Environmental or Sustainability Management, or a closely related discipline.

A minimum of three years of specialized experience in compliance, audit, environmental, social, and health (ESH), human resources, or gender programs is required.

Proficiency in ISO, SMS, and governance frameworks is advantageous.

A professional certification in compliance, risk management, ESG, or gender-related fields is highly advantageous.
