Job Summary
We are looking for a Compliance & Administration Specialist in Lagos to manage contracts, accounts, labor-related documentation, tax and expense compliance support, administrative coordination, and risk follow-up to ensure smooth local operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage company contracts, supplier files, administrative records, account-related documents, and approval records.
Support labor documentation, onboarding files, attendance records, and HR administration as required.
Coordinate with finance, legal, tax, HR, and external service providers on compliance matters.
Track payment, reimbursement, and expense documentation for completeness and consistency.
Conduct routine risk checks and follow up on open compliance issues until closure.
Support office administration, procurement of office supplies, meeting coordination, and local vendor management.
Assist the team leader in implementing daily team management and operational follow-up tasks.
Maintain accurate filing and reporting for management review.
Requirements
Experience in administration, compliance support, HR operations, finance administration, legal administration, or office management.
Familiarity with Nigerian business administration, labor documentation, tax filing support, or local vendor coordination is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and document management ability.
Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Chinese language proficiency is required; ability to communicate with Chinese-speaking management and team members is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Able to follow internal controls and escalate risks promptly.

Expense compliance and documentation accuracy.
Payment or reimbursement consistency.
Risk issue identification, follow-up, and closure rate.
