Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues.
Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup.
Manage email systems, internet connectivity, and network infrastructure.
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems promptly.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3- 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
