Job summary
We are looking for a Head of Marketing & Sales to join our team who will drive revenue growth by developing and pitching winning creative digital strategies for clients to solve their business challenges and aid them in achieving their marketing goals and objectives.
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities to sell our digital product portfolio and services.
Our Head of Marketing & Sales drives commercial opportunities among top brands by prospecting, nurturing leads, and networking with customers and client-side decision-makers to close deals.
Duties And Responsibilities
Identify business opportunities and develop effective strategies to approach and pitch our solutions and capabilities.
Contribute to team effort by establishing high-level contacts and ensuring adherence to the defined sales process.
Close deals and work towards set targets, ultimately impacting the company’s revenue positively.
Manage client relationships and provide customers with excellent service and support.
Work with the project execution teams to ensure customer goals are achieved.
Continuously engage customers and client-side decision-makers to maintain close relationships and identify up-sell, resell, and new business opportunities.
Develop internal strategies and processes to strengthen our market presence and market share.
Manage fluid communication and processes across teams, focusing on the Account Management department.
Stay up to date on the latest trends, industry issues, and solutions, be aware of competitive activity in the market and with clients, and help to ensure Pulse is always innovating with great client solutions.
Requirement:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development; experience in the digital, creative, media, marketing, or advertising industries is preferred.
A creative thinker who can connect 360 digital to all aspects of a client’s business and drive growth opportunities.
Must have worked with a notable media or advertising agency as a lead marketer or sales manager
Good understanding of digital marketing; a professional qualification is desirable.
Excellent knowledge of digital marketing software, such as HubSpot and Pardot.
Detailed understanding of social media networks and media marketing methods.
Excellent networking skills and a demonstrated ability in key client/partner relationship management.
An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, start-up environment with dynamic business priorities.
Experience with Zoho CRM is desirable.
