About the Role:
We require a competent HR professional who can support consulting assignments across recruitment, payroll administration, employee documentation, performance management support, HR advisory and general people-management projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, referrals, and professional networks
Administer payroll, maintain employee records, and ensure basic HR compliance
Support performance management systems and staff appraisal processes
Handle documentation, writing, and reporting across client assignments
Manage multiple client HR projects with speed and accuracy
