A recognized institution must award a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Estate Management, or a closely related discipline.
Registration with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) is mandatory for this role.
Professional affiliation with the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NILS) is strongly preferred.
Professional certifications in project management, construction management, procurement, or contract administration are highly advantageous.
A background in housing development, real estate ventures, or social housing programs would be beneficial.
A minimum of five to ten years of hands-on professional expertise in quantity surveying, cost management, and construction project administration is required.
Experience with real estate ventures, infrastructure initiatives, or extensive development projects is required.
