About the Role:
We require an experienced Salon Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a professional barbering salon, ensuring excellent customer service, staff coordination, hygiene standards, sales growth and smooth business administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily salon operations and staff coordination
Enforce hygiene, grooming and service standards
Manage barber schedules, inventory and client bookings
Handle customer complaints professionally
Cash handling, basic reporting and stock control
Drive sales, retain customers and improve service experience
