Role Summary
The CRM & Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns targeting US-based businesses.
The ideal candidate understands B2B email marketing, outbound prospecting, sales cadences, and marketing automation tools. They should be comfortable communicating with US customers and creating personalized email sequences that generate conversations and meetings.
This role will work closely with the Growth Marketing and Sales teams to build campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
Develop and execute email campaigns aligned with Scalein’s growth, sales, and recruitment objectives.
Build nurture journeys, outbound sequences, and engagement campaigns for customers and talent.
Segment audiences and manage campaign calendars to ensure consistent communication.
Email Sequences & Marketing Automation
Create and optimize multi-touch email sequences for lead generation, customer engagement, and talent activation.
Develop compelling email copy and continuously test messaging, CTAs, and personalization.
Manage campaigns using tools such as HubSpot, Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar platforms.
CRM Management & Database Engagement
Manage and maintain Scalein’s customer and talent CRM databases.
Ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions, sales opportunities, candidate profiles, skills, and engagement history.
Develop strategies to keep customers, prospects, and talent communities active and engaged.
Customer & Talent Lifecycle Management
Build campaigns to nurture, retain, and reactivate:
Existing and previous customers
Warm prospects
Sales talent database
Recruitment candidates
Identify opportunities for customer growth, referrals, and talent placement.
US Market Communication
Develop messaging that resonates with US-based business audiences.
Create targeted communications for CEOs, Sales Leaders, HR Leaders, Recruitment Managers, and Operations teams.
Maintain a professional, customer-focused communication style.
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance, including engagement rates, replies, conversions, meetings booked, and database growth.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Sales & Recruitment Collaboration
Work closely with SDRs, Account Executives, and Recruitment teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Support teams with customer insights, talent engagement strategies, and campaign learnings.
Required Qualifications
Experience
2+ years experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or outbound campaigns.
Experience running B2B email campaigns targeting US customers.
Experience working with sales teams or revenue-focused marketing teams.
Demonstrated experience creating email sequences/cadences.
Technical Skills
Strong experience with:
HubSpot Marketing Hub or CRM
Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar outbound platforms
Email automation workflows
CRM management
Email analytics and reporting

BA/BSc/HND
