Responsibilties
Partner with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO’s), retainer-based practices, and corporate entities to verify patient eligibility and secure pre-authorization for services.
Maintain accurate documentation and processing of bills for both HMO and insurance patients.
Ensure all pending claims are tracked and pursued diligently to secure prompt reimbursement.
Educate patients regarding HMO coverage details, including any limitations and required processes, as needed.
Serving as a liaison between our clients and our HMO partners, this role facilitates seamless communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and mutual satisfaction.
Securing approval codes for eligible patients requires accurately completing the requested services on the HMO portal.
To secure approval and ensure patients receive necessary care, you will correspond with HMO’s via email, submitting required information and requests as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field required
• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in software development or a related area
• Proven expertise with full-stack development, including proficiency in JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies
• Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable, high-performance systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking with a focus on delivering efficient solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across teams and stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring junior engineers and driving technical best practices
Professional candidates must hold an HND or Bachelor’s Degree, complemented by three to five years of relevant professional experience.
