Overseeing the systematic management of the company’s inventory and assets—including accessories, appliances, cases, costumes, equipment, furniture, furnishings, hardware, instruments, merchandise, props, software, technology, vehicles, wardrobe, and more—this role ensures real-time tracking of distribution, location, condition, maintenance, and utilization. The position is also responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels to support seamless store operations and the effective execution of all projects across the business.
Maintaining accurate records and reports is essential, which involves cataloguing new inventory, efficiently managing data within a database, and regularly preparing precise reports for management—including interim reports when necessary.

Serving as the primary point of contact, you will coordinate with suppliers—such as hotels, caterers, airlines, and travel agents—throughout the entire project lifecycle and into follow-up phases, ensuring seamless execution and timely reporting.
Overseeing the comprehensive monitoring of the scheduling and logistics for individuals, equipment, materials, and freight, ensuring their efficient transit from point of origin to final destination within established timeframes.
Responsible for overseeing and managing office information systems, utilities, and resources—such as diesel, gas, water, electricity, waste disposal, generators, vehicles, miscellaneous supplies, and premises—to consistently meet the company’s operational demands. This entails anticipating requirements, supervising usage, and tracking maintenance and service records through established systems and documentation.
Handles ticket bookings, manages expatriate quotas, prepares visas, and oversees office purchases, in addition to overseeing the complete immigration processes for the company’s expatriates and international guests.

Constantly communicating with all stakeholders to keep them updated, including attending meetings and preparing regular reports for the management team.
