We are seeking a dedicated Program Support professional to strengthen our operations and ensure seamless project execution. In this role, you will provide vital assistance across program activities, including coordination, documentation, and logistical arrangements. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining accurate records, tracking progress, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in administrative or project support is preferred but not mandatory.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required; CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred. Minimum five years of progressive accounting experience, including at least three years in a senior role, is essential. Proficiency in GAAP standards and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle are mandatory. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and LOOKUP, are required. Prior experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and month-end close processes is necessary. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are critical. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is a must. Prior experience in the [industry, if applicable] sector is a plus.
