Familiarity with advanced building techniques, structural engineering principles, and the latest industry standards is required. Skilled proficiency with AutoCAD and Refit is essential for this role. Candidates must demonstrate a solid grasp of drafting standards, 3D modeling, and BIM workflows to execute project deliverables efficiently. The position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams. Experience with construction documentation, construction administration, and Revit family creation is highly valued. Familiarity with industry-specific software integrations and emerging technologies is a plus.

Develops and manages detailed calendars for teams, projects, or facilities, coordinating meetings, appointments, and events with precision. Monitors progress, identifies potential conflicts, and resolves scheduling issues promptly to minimize disruptions. Utilizes scheduling software and tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Collaborates with stakeholders to align schedules with organizational goals and priorities. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to interpret results, resolve discrepancies, and integrate findings into engineering models or prototypes.
