The Head, Digital Learning (LMS) will oversee the design, development, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of FIT’s digital learning ecosystem.
The position will offer strategic direction in learning technology, digital content creation, instructional design, curriculum advancement, and Learning Management System (LMS) management to implement exceptional learning experiences and scalable solutions.

Digital Learning Content Design & Instructional Authoring involves crafting engaging, educational materials and developing instructional content to enhance learning experiences. This role requires expertise in designing interactive online courses, creating multimedia assets, and structuring content for optimal knowledge retention. Candidates must possess strong writing skills, familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), and proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate. Responsibilities include collaborating with subject-matter experts, aligning content with learning objectives, and ensuring accessibility and usability standards are met.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field, along with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering measurable results are required. Additionally, familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance protocols is critical. Exceptional communication and organizational abilities are also expected.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Learning Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field is required. A Master’s Degree in one of these disciplines is highly advantageous.
With a proven track record spanning 10 to 12 years, the ideal candidate will bring extensive, hands-on experience in Digital Learning, Learning Technology, LMS Management & Administration, Instructional Design, or E-Learning Development.
Proven expertise in overseeing enterprise Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms is required.
Required Certifications: Candidates must hold current, relevant professional certifications relevant to the role. These credentials must be up-to-date and valid as of the application date. Failure to provide proof of certification as required will result in disqualification from consideration.
Applicants are required to hold pertinent certifications and affiliations, including but not limited to the ATD (Association for Talent Development), the Learning & Performance Institute (LPI), Certified Instructional Designer credentials, Moodle Certification, Articulate Storyline Certification, Adobe Captivate Certification, and Project Management Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile. Additionally, candidates should possess relevant certifications in Learning Technology or Digital Learning.
