We are offering a competitive salary range of ₦300,000 to ₦350,000 per month for this position.
Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to established protocols, while fostering a productive and compliant work environment. Implement and maintain efficient systems and procedures to optimize performance, productivity, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for enhancement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and quality standards through rigorous oversight and proactive risk management. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional growth.

This position encompasses the following:
Collaborate closely with the senior consultant to devise strategic concepts and initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the client to finalize project activities, activation plans, and budget allocations in alignment with agreed-upon objectives and timelines.
Client Liaison: Serves as the primary point of contact between the organization and its clients, ensuring seamless communication and fostering strong relationships. Responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing accurate information regarding services or products. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Additionally, demonstrates proficiency in managing multiple priorities, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs effectively.
Play a key role in developing and executing client marketing strategies and innovative marketing approaches.
The professional conveys the client’s objectives and advocates for the client’s needs to the internal team, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the engagement.
Maintains consistent bidirectional dialogue between the client and the team, ensuring robust advocacy for the team while aligning client expectations with reality.
Facilitates the expansion and enhancement of business accounts through strategic initiatives, ensuring sustained revenue growth and client retention. Identifies new opportunities, nurtures relationships, and aligns offerings with market demands to drive profitability and long-term partnerships. Conducts regular account reviews to assess performance, address client needs, and recommend tailored solutions for continuous improvement. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize resources and execute growth strategies effectively. Requires a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and a results-driven mindset to meet and exceed account objectives.
Assist the senior consultant in identifying and cultivating avenues to enhance existing business relationships while proactively pursuing new prospects to broaden the scope of paid engagements and deliver additional value to clients.
Fosters and maintains strong professional relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance collaboration and communication. Engages in regular interactions to understand needs, address concerns, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and facilitate productive partnerships. Acts as a liaison between internal teams and external entities to streamline processes and resolve issues efficiently.
Proficiency in identifying and understanding key opinion leader profiles and stakeholder dynamics within client organizations is required.

Explore strategic avenues to cultivate a dedicated customer following for a client’s brand or company.
Execute additional ad hoc responsibilities as directed by management.
Candidates must meet the following qualifications: a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, at least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role, proficiency with industry-standard software and tools, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Additional desirable traits include excellent communication skills, the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, and a proactive approach to professional development. Familiarity with current trends and best practices in the field is highly valued.
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Public Relations, Mass Communication, or a closely related discipline is required.
A minimum of three to five years of professional experience in a client-facing role is required.
Experienced professionals with a background in client service consulting or comparable positions are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrates a strong track record in successfully managing client-facing projects, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.
Proficiency in public relations, media, or advertising agency environments is a fundamental requirement for this role.
Demonstrates strong proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to enhance productivity and streamline workflow processes.
