Maintain an up-to-date log of customer interactions, including visits and sales, and ensure its regular updates.
Compiling and submitting weekly and monthly sales reports is required.
Conduct comprehensive market and product research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Analyze data from various sources to assess market opportunities, evaluate product performance, and inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, validate hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations that drive product innovation and business growth.
Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit evaluations, market intelligence assessments, and competitive and needs analyses to ensure alignment with the requirements of both current and prospective customers.
Suggest innovative opportunities and enhancements to services.
Conducting on-site visits to existing and prospective customers to assess their requirements and/or introduce innovative Winock solar products.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate reconciliation of inventory and supplied products.
Prepare market updates by analyzing the requirements and research scope of current and prospective customers.
Demonstrates a strong commitment to fostering positive customer interactions and maintaining high service standards. Ensures timely and effective resolution of inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Serves as a liaison between customers and the organization, representing the company with professionalism and empathy. Develops and nurtures long-term customer relationships to drive loyalty and retention.

Guarantee timely and efficient distribution of products to customers within your designated region and throughout Nigeria as needed.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, supplemented by relevant certifications or equivalent professional experience. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with expertise in software development frameworks and tools. Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail are required. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders are also necessary. Prior experience in a similar role within the industry is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree or higher national diploma in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or any related field in the Social Sciences is required.
2 years’ experience in sales and Business Development especially in the Solar/Renewables.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to close sales.
Good computer knowledge especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Capable of independently managing tasks with minimal oversight or direction.
Proven expertise in modern sales methodologies and techniques is required.
Possesses comprehensive familiarity with the job location, surrounding areas, and the associated business opportunities.
Proficient in both B2B and B2C business frameworks, with a deep understanding of their operational distinctions and strategic applications.
