Job Summary

We seek motivated sales professionals with a track record of success and strong interpersonal abilities to proactively identify and connect with potential customers at our Asoka (Saba), Ajax, Bute-Metta, and Asama (Trade fair) locations.

Job Description

Present and actively promote the company’s products and services with compelling, persuasive sales pitches to both current and potential customers.

Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit and needs assessments for current and prospective customers to ensure alignment with their requirements.

Develop and nurture enduring business and customer relationships, fostering collaboration and mutual growth through consistent engagement and strategic communication.

Establish and maintain proactive engagement with potential customers by leveraging diverse communication channels, including telephone conversations, electronic platforms, social media interactions, and in-person visits.

Promptly address and resolve customer issues and complaints to achieve the highest level of satisfaction.

Consistently meet predetermined sales targets and objectives within the established timeframe.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to align and synchronize sales initiatives.

Conduct comprehensive market potential analyses, monitor sales performance, and prepare detailed status reports for designated catchment areas.

Supply management with comprehensive reports detailing customer needs, issues, market trends, competitive actions, and opportunities for new product and service development.

Proficiency in current promotional strategies and industry best practices is essential.

Continuously enhance performance and processes by actively seeking, incorporating, and responding to feedback from peers, supervisors, and stakeholders. Implement improvements based on constructive input to drive efficiency, innovation, and overall effectiveness in daily tasks and long-term objectives.

Proficiency in sales along with a solid grasp of sales methodologies and operational intricacies would provide a significant edge.
