Seeking a dynamic Gender and Youth Associate with 5+ years of experience to lead and implement inclusion strategies. They will drive impactful initiatives that integrate gender equity and youth empowerment into the core of our operations.
Oversee and execute a wide range of duties to ensure the smooth operation of assigned tasks, including project management, team coordination, and adherence to organizational policies. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align objectives, track progress, and deliver measurable results within specified timelines. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain efficiency and productivity. Lead meetings, document key decisions, and prepare reports to communicate updates to stakeholders and senior leadership. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal guidelines while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Conduct thorough research and perform impact assessments to evaluate the efficacy and outcomes of initiatives.
Perform an internal evaluation to establish baseline reach metrics for youth and women via conventional program channels.

Provide strategic guidance on engaging youth and women through a blend of conventional and innovative communication channels.
Assess and establish optimal methodologies for measuring and evaluating the outcomes and progress of programs aimed at supporting youth and women.
Devising, refining, and validating comprehensive product strategies to ensure alignment with market demands and business objectives is a key responsibility. This role involves conducting thorough market research, analyzing competitive landscapes, and leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. Additionally, the position requires rigorous testing of proposed strategies through pilot programs, A/B testing, or other validation methods to assess feasibility, performance, and potential impact before full-scale implementation.
Analyze and identify the existing products and services that hold the greatest appeal among youth and women demographics.
Evaluate potential new products or services not presently provided by the country program, ensuring they meet the following criteria: high demand among youth and women, alignment with the country strategy, and feasibility within existing budget constraints.
Develop a product pipeline and mix tailored to address the unique challenges and requirements of young individuals.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies designed to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and achieve organizational growth objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, ensuring cohesive brand messaging across all channels. Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities and refine targeting approaches. Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional content, including digital, print, and multimedia assets, while monitoring performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness. Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize spending to maximize return on investment. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a creative and data-driven culture that supports innovation and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required, with a minimum of five years of professional experience in the field, preferably within a corporate or enterprise environment. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities, is critical. Proficient command of the English language is required.
