We are seeking a strategic professional to lead the creation and evaluation of product strategies. This role involves developing comprehensive product plans, conducting rigorous testing methodologies, and refining approaches based on performance insights. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of product strategy, from initial conception through implementation and iterative assessment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum of five years of experience in software development, preferably with expertise in full-stack development, cloud computing, and DevOps practices. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript is required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous learning are highly desirable.

Earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sociology, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline.
Youth and gender programming experience is highly desirable.

Proficient command of the English language is essential.
Demonstrates outstanding proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
