Requirements:
With a minimum of seven years of dedicated expertise in investment banking, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and refined skills to this role.
A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent discipline is required.
An MBA, CFA, ARCA, or equivalent professional qualifications are considered beneficial.
Proven expertise in financial modelling, valuation methodologies, and executing complex transactions is essential for this role. Candidates should demonstrate a solid track record of applying analytical frameworks to assess financial performance, determine asset worth, and facilitate strategic deal-making processes.
Proficiency in SEC, FMDQ, and NGX regulatory frameworks is required.
