Oversee and execute core responsibilities, including but not limited to developing strategic plans, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to corporate policies and industry standards. Lead initiatives to drive operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and enhance productivity across departments. Collaborate with senior leadership to align business objectives with actionable strategies, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and long-term growth. Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership and operational teams to facilitate seamless communication and alignment of goals. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and accountability.

Safely and efficiently manage the operation of both diesel and petrol generators to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Oversee the operational efficiency of generators and maintain an uninterrupted power supply.

Perform regular inspections and carry out preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled.

Regularly inspect and maintain appropriate levels of fuel, oil, coolant, and battery to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.

Accurately document generator operations, fuel consumption, and all maintenance activities to ensure precise record-keeping.

Promptly identify and report any mechanical or electrical faults that arise.

Collaborate with technicians to facilitate repairs and oversee major maintenance initiatives.

Maintain strict adherence to established safety protocols and operational standards to uphold regulatory compliance and workplace integrity.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the generator room and its adjacent areas.

Ensure immediate response to power outages and equipment emergencies, maintaining adherence to established protocols and timelines.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, preferably within a fast-paced environment. The ideal applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or demonstrate equivalent professional experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is required, and excellent communication skills are a must. The role demands adaptability to evolving priorities and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

A minimum of SSC, OND, or an equivalent technical qualification is required.

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in the operation of industrial or commercial generators is required.

Demonstrated familiarity with generator maintenance practices and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Proficient in diagnosing and communicating technical challenges with clarity and precision.

Proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems is required.

Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to maintaining high safety standards.

Must possess the capacity to operate autonomously with little to no oversight, demonstrating strong self-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Must maintain residence within Secular or its immediate vicinity.
