Job Summary:
We seek a meticulous and safety-focused LPG Filler to strengthen our team. Candidates with up to one year of relevant experience will be considered ideal. In this role, you will oversee the secure filling of LPG cylinders, comply with stringent safety protocols, and maintain the optimal performance of filling machinery.
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow and optimal performance across assigned functions. Directly manage a team of professionals, fostering collaboration, professional development, and accountability to meet organizational goals. Implement and monitor processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high standards of quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Prepare and present performance reports to leadership, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights. Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices while mitigating risks. Serve as a primary liaison between departments, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate clear communication and seamless project execution.
Responsible for facilitating the distribution of cooking gas to clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to meet their needs.
All HSE standard regulations must be strictly followed at all times.
Operate all machinery in accordance with established safety protocols and operational guidelines to ensure seamless production processes.
Maintains a daily logbook to record inventory levels, temperature, pressure readings, and sales figures.
Conduct thorough inspections of cylinders, vessels, and other plant equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational integrity. Verify structural integrity, pressure ratings, and functional components to identify any potential hazards or deficiencies. Perform routine checks in accordance with established protocols to maintain a secure and efficient working environment.
The cylinders are required to undergo weighing procedures, ensuring accurate measurements are obtained as part of the quality assurance process.
Reviews and documents equipment malfunctions, as appropriate, and promptly submits findings to the Plant Supervisor.
Plant area housekeeping involves maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety across all designated work zones within the facility. This includes regular sweeping, mopping, and waste removal to ensure a hazard-free environment. Attention to detail is essential to uphold compliance with health and safety regulations while supporting operational efficiency. Employees in this role must adhere to established cleaning protocols and promptly report any maintenance issues or potential risks to supervisory staff.
Assists in the execution of Maintenance operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Management may assign additional responsibilities as needed to support operational objectives.
Requirements
Candidates with SSC, NCE, or OND qualifications and up to one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply for this opportunity.
