Parts are procured from distribution centers and additional service center locations, then systematically distributed to vehicles in accordance with scheduled service appointments.
Review all incoming appointments to verify their proper preparation and documentation within the system.
Process and manage warranty part shipments to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, which includes the careful handling of hazardous materials and high-voltage batteries.
Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and properly storing both stock and special-order parts in an organized and efficient manner.
Perform daily perpetual parts counts to consistently manage inventory stock levels and promptly report any discrepancies.
Regularly review and update automated inventory replenishment lists to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained at all times.
Ensure the stockroom is meticulously organized in alignment with Vinfast’s standards while incorporating grocery store aesthetics.
Collaborate with the Regional Parts Manager to escalate parts-related issues originating from either internal or external suppliers.
Serve as the primary liaison with leading suppliers, delivering actionable feedback designed to drive ongoing enhancements.
Additional duties may be assigned to fulfill operational requirements as needed.
Candidates must satisfy the following prerequisites: a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of hands-on experience in the industry, proficiency with industry-standard software tools, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Additionally, strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication abilities are required. Proficiency in written and verbal English is also a necessity.
A bachelor’s degree is required, along with 1 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Proficient in utilizing various computer application software to enhance productivity and efficiency in daily tasks.
Proficiency in using Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) systems is considered a beneficial qualification.
Desirable qualifications include automotive certifications or relevant training.
Proficient in technical assessments, capable of diagnosing and identifying spare parts along with comprehending their primary roles and applications.
Demonstrated outstanding proficiency in organizational management, coordination, and interpersonal communication.
Able to perform effectively in high-pressure environments is essential.
