Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL, is necessary. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking are critical. Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams are a must. Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, is highly valued.
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline is required, with a master’s degree considered advantageous.
Professional certification, such as ICAN, ARCA, or CFA, is considered advantageous.
