Job Summary

We seek driven sales professionals with strong interpersonal abilities to proactively identify and connect with potential customers across our Asoka (Saba), Ajax, Bute-Metta, and Asama (Trade fair) locations.

Job Description

Present and promote the company’s products and services to both existing and prospective customers, leveraging compelling sales pitches to drive engagement and conversion. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while effectively communicating the unique value proposition of offerings to meet their needs.

Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit evaluations and needs assessments for current and prospective clients to ensure their requirements are fully addressed.

Foster and sustain strong business partnerships and customer connections by cultivating trust and collaboration.

Reach out to customer leads through calls,E-channels,social media and visits

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and swift issue resolution.

Deliver agreed-upon sales targets and results punctually and consistently, ensuring alignment with established timelines and objectives.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues across teams and departments to align sales initiatives and ensure cohesive execution.

Conduct comprehensive market potential assessments, monitor sales performance, and prepare detailed status reports covering designated catchment areas.

Compile and deliver comprehensive reports to supply management regarding customer requirements, issues, and preferences, as well as competitive actions and opportunities for new product and service development.

Proficiency in identifying and applying current industry best practices and emerging promotional trends is essential.

Actively seek and incorporate constructive feedback to drive ongoing enhancement and professional growth.

Professional candidates will bring a solid background in sales along with a comprehensive grasp of the intricacies and mechanics of the sales cycle and market dynamics.

Demonstrating unwavering honesty and integrity is a foundational expectation for this role, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and fostering trust in all professional interactions.

Having a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a vehicle would be considered a valuable asset.
